  1. Your reserved rooms/holiday apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, please vacate the rooms/holiday apartments by 10:00 am so that they can be prepared for subsequent guests.
  2. Surcharge for short-term stays: Charged for stays less than 3 nights for rooms, and for stays less than 5 nights for the holiday apartments.
  3. Pets on request. We charge €15.00 per day for pets. We politely ask you to bring your dog’s bed with you and not to allow pets on the beds or furniture, and not to leave them alone in the rooms or apartments.
  4. Final cleaning for holiday apartments: €35.00 If you would also like to use our daily room service in the holiday apartment, we charge €15.00 per service and there is no charge for the final cleaning.
  5. The agreed prices are stated including the taxes and local charges that are applicable at the time when the contract was concluded. Not included are local charges that are to be paid by the guest in accordance with relevant local laws, such as visitor’s tax.
  6. Guests do not have any right to the provision of specific rooms or holiday apartments unless this was expressly agreed.
  7. Payment: The host may request payment in advance after the contract has been concluded. Unless otherwise agreed in specific cases, this shall be 15% of the total price of the accommodation and any additional services that are booked. We accept cash and EC cards for payment of invoices.
  8. Our guests shall be liable for any damage they cause in or to the rented property (including crockery, glassware, linen and furniture).
  9. We politely request you to smoke only in front of the hotel or on your balcony.
  10. You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before you arrive. Within 30 days before you arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 60% of the total amount. Within 14 days before you arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 80 % of the total amount. On the day of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 90% of the total amount. In the case of a no-show, non-utilised rooms or holiday apartments or if you leave earlier, you will be charged 100% of the total amount.
  11. We will try our utmost to reallocate non-utilised rooms or holiday apartments wherever possible to avoid financial loss. In this case, you will be charged prorated costs or no costs at all.
  12. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy: Travel insurance safeguards you against unforeseen events that may require you to cancel your booked holiday. Travel insurance will compensate you for any cancellation costs you may incur if you or your immediate relatives fall ill, for example.
